Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Products (eBooks & Digital Downloads)

All sales of digital products, including eBooks, audiobooks and downloadable PDFs, are final. Due to the immediate, irreversible access provided by digital content delivery, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges once a purchase is completed and the digital file has been made available or downloaded.

• Exceptions: If you experience technical issues downloading or accessing your eBook, please contact us at TheQueen@TheHouseofWindsor.com within 7 days of purchase. We will work with you to resolve the technical error or provide a replacement file.

2. Signed & Personalized Books

All purchases of signed, personalized or custom-inscribed physical books are final. Because these items are uniquely altered at the customer’s request or feature unique author signatures, they cannot be resold and are strictly ineligible for refunds, returns, or order cancellations once the order has been processed.

• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your signed physical book arrives severely damaged during transit or contains a personalization error made on our part, please contact us at TheQueen@TheHouseofWindsor.com within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will gladly ship a replacement copy if inventory allows or issue a store credit / refund.
